What is happening?
Devon County Council (Various Streets, Marsh Barton, Exeter) (Waiting Restrictions) Amendment Order 2025
This order was made on 21 May & comes into force 30 May to make permanent ‘Devon County Council (Various Streets, Marsh Barton, Exeter) (Waiting Restrictions) Experimental Amendment Order 2024’ for Exeter that introduced No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Alphinbrook Road, Clapperbrook Lane East & Grace Road Central; revoked No Loading Mon-Sat 8am-6pm on a specified length of Grace Road Central; revoked Loading Only At Any Time on a specified length of Grace Road Central. In addition there were minor changes to some restrictions to match what is on-street. Order & related documents may be seen at devon.cc/tro.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose. ref imr/DEV001/757 I website ref 6252
