The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Priory Lane, Tywardreath) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Tywardreath. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th June 2025 to 13th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Priory Lane, Tywardreath from junction with Tehidy Road to Newhouse Cottages.

The County of Cornwall (Castle Street, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for cabling and desilting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th June 2025 to 13th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Castle Street, Bodmin from junction with Dennison Road and junction with Church Lane.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd June 2025 to 4th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Kerriers Road, Bodmin from near property known as Kerris Vale to property known as The Bungalow.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bugle. This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th June 2025 to 27th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction South Of Bowling Green To Treskilling, Bugle between Horseshoe Haven to just past Trenisson Park.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in High Street.
This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th June 2025 to 1st July 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Burngullow Lane, High Street for the length of Tehidy Cottages.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in High Street. This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th June 2025 to 2nd July 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Hornick Hill, High Street between properties Highfield and Trimountain.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 24th May 2022 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 34 Treverbyn between grid references SX 02638:60033 and SX 02848:59510.
The Order which commenced on the 25th May 2022 and is currently in force for up to six months will now continue until the 25th May 2026. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 25th May 2025 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed due to vandalised and dangerous footbridge removed for safety reasons.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being North Street, St Austell between the junctions of Market Street and Market Hill.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary one-way restriction over an area of highway being Market Hill, St Austell for its entire length in a South to Northerly direction and Market Street, St Austell for its entire length in an West to Easterly direction.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to erect scaffolding and refurbishment works to hotel. The Order will come into operation on 23rd June 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 1stAugust 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will applyto emergency services, bus traffic, school buses, cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
