Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Belyars Lane, St Ives) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Ives. This prohibition is necessary for fire hydrant repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th June 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1600, weekdays only.

Road affected - Belyars Lane, St Ives between the junctions of Belyars Court and Dynas la Road.

The County of Cornwall (Kenstella Road, Newlyn) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newlyn. This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th June 2025 to 13th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Kenstella Road, Newlyn between the property known as number 38 to the junction adjacent with property number 24.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Ives. 

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th June 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Porthia Road, St Ives between the junctions of Corva Road and Penwith Road.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th June 2025 to 11th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th June 2025 to 8th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newlyn. This prohibition is necessary for defect repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th June 2025 to 12th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - New Road, Newlyn between the junction of To carne and the property known as number 11.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Townshend. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th June 2025 to 11th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Trescowe Common, Godolphin Bridge, Townshend from junction with Rocky Lane to junction with Godolphin Cross.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Lelant. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd June 2025 to 26th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 to 2300, weekdays only.

Road affected - Tyringham Road, Lelant between the junction of Access to Forge and Sunny Corner.
