C64B - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C64B from A90 junction to C64B junction – 02.06.25) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. The order will operate from 02.06.25 for 15 working days and will prohibit any person from driving the C64B from the A90 junction to the C64B junction.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety owing to safe access to road boxes for the provision of fibre cabling. An alternative route is available via the C64B, C56B, C38B, A90 and vice versa.
