Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 491172 Clarington Mews Road from its junction with ‘Wellesley Road’ to its junction with ‘Clarence Square’ for a distance of approximately 153 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for safety during excavations to replace poles.

The said road is expected to be closed between 08:30hrs and 15:30hrs on 28th May 2025 only or until the said works have been completed.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND RESTRICTION OF 490830 OLDFIELD CRESCENT (ST MARKS WARD) CHELTENHAM BOROUGH

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the 490830 Oldfield Crescent, from its junction with Kingsley Gardens to outside the property known as ’11 Oldfield Crescent’, for a distance of approximately 18 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for fibre infrastructure maintenance and installation works.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF UNRECORDED FOOTHPATHS ACROSS THE FIELD BOUNDED BY BRIDLEWAY ZGL 62 – THE ASH PATH AND THE WHEATRIDGE EAST (ABBEYDALE WARD) GLOUCESTER CITY

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made make an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) the unrecorded Public Footpaths across the field bounded by Bridleway ZGL 62 known as The Ash Path, and the Wheatridge East from their boundary with Bridleway ZGL 62 and from The Wheatridge East and shown on the Order Map by Red Diagonal hatchings.

The said unrecorded Public Footpaths fall within Abbeydale Ward in Gloucester City, within the County of Gloucestershire.

The closure is necessary to safeguard the public whilst new development works take place.

The said unrecorded Public Footpaths is expected to be closed between 26th May 2025 and 26th November 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closure is in force. The lengths of roads fall within the Parish of Twigworth in the Tewkesbury Borough within the County of Gloucestershire. The usual exemptions will apply to Statutory Undertakers and Local Authority vehicles carrying out duties in exercise of their statutory powers, and also in the case of emergency services vehicles and disabled person’s vehicles.
