ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
COFFEE POT LANE, SHREWLEY
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic from Stoney Lane to Green Lane.
Reason for Order: To enable duct laying works.
Order Commences: 28 May 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 May 2025.
Access & Diversion: Stoney Lane, Mill Lane, Green Lane and vice versa.

CHURCH HILL, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works to install a new water pipe.
Order Commences: 27 May 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 29 May 2025.
Access & Diversion: Regent Street, Dale Street, Warwick Street, Warwick Place, Guys Cliffe Road, Warwick New Road, Church Hill and vice versa.

THE BANK, LIGHTHORNE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works for laying duct.
Order Commences: 27 May 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 May 2025.
Access & Diversion: The Bank, Chesterton Road, The Green, Church Lane and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D51090 HIGH CROSS LANE, ROWINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Holywell and The Cumsey.
Reason for Order: To enable new drainage installation works, 08.00hrs-17.00hrs.
Order Commences: 9 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: High Cross Lane, High Cross Farm Road, Back Lane, Shrewley Common and vice versa.

FIVE WAYS ROAD, SHREWLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works for meter renewal.
Order Commences: 11 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Five Ways Road, Birmingham Road, Stoney Lane and vice versa.

MAIN STREET, HUNNINGHAM
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works to install new ducting.
Order Commences: 9 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Main Street, Little End, Hunningham Road and vice versa.

PRINCES DRIVE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install boundary box and clear blockages, closed 20.00hr -06.00hrs.
Order Commences: 10 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Myton Road, Banbury Road, Castle Bridge, Castle Hill, Smith Street, St Johns, Coten End, Emscote Road, Rugby Road, Binswood Street, Clarendon Square, Clarendon Place, Dale Street, Adelaide Road, Avenue Road, Park Drive, Princes Drive and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works to renew a boundary box.
Order Commences: 12 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Regent Street, Church Hill, Milverton Hill and vice versa.

THE BANK, LIGHTHORNE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install new supply.
Order Commences: 9 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: The Bank, Chesterton Road, The Green, a
Church Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Network Plus, Tel: 08006 783 105.
WHARF STREET, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install new electricity supply.
Order Commences: 9 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Wharf Street, Charles Street, Emscote Road and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS ROADS, WARWICK) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (VARIATION NO. 1) ORDER 2025
Warwickshire County Council have made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to impose a 20mph speed limit on the length of road mentioned in the Schedule 1 below. The Order commences on 28th May 2025.
A copy of the Order, together with a plan showing the length of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order, may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick and on the Council’s website: www.warwickshire.gov.uk/news/2010/warwick-district. Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.”

2) Browning Avenue, Warwick
In its entirety between its junctions with Shakespeare Avenue and Goldsmith Avenue.

In its entirety between its junctions with Browning Avenue/ Wordsworth Avenue and Burns Avenue.
4) Burns Avenue, Warwick
In its entirety between its junctions with Milton Avenue and Goldsmith Avenue.
5) Wordsworth Avenue, Warwick
In its entirety between its junctions with Browning Avenue/ Milton Avenue and Goldsmith Avenue.
6) Goldsmith Avenue, Warwick
In its entirety between its junctions with Wordsworth Avenue and A4189 Hampton Road.
7) Hampton Road, Warwick (Service Road Only)
From its junction with Goldsmith Avenue for a distance of 477 metres in a south-westerly direction along the Service Road only.
