Temporary Orders

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Tolver Place, Penzance) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penzance.

This prohibition is necessary for manhole repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th June 2025 to 20th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Tolver Place, Penzance between grid reference SW47076 30811 and property number 15. An alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian and Vehicular access will be maintained to properties.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Buryan.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th June 2025 to 20th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Tregadgwith, St Buryan for its entire length.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Trevarrack Lane, Pendrea Road, Gulval) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 2nd June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of highway in Gulval.

This prohibition is necessary for sewer connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th June 2025 to 15th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Roads affected - Trevarrack Lane, Gulval between the properties known as number 1 and number 9, Pendrea Road, Gulval between the junction of Trevarrack Lane and the property known as number 15. Public right of way affected - Footpath 13, Penzance for its entire length. An alternative route will be signed on site. The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Trewhella Lane, Relubbus) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Relubbus. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th June 2025 for one day.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Trewhella Lane, Relubbus from junction with Relubbus Lane to approximately 50 metres northwards. There is no alternative route.
