THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (PARKING CHARGES) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that St. Helens Borough Council, in exercise of its powers under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1), 2(2), and (3), 32 and 42, 35(1), 45 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, has made an Order, the effect of which revokes The Council of the Borough of St Helens (Parking Charges) Order 2024.
