Cornwall Council - Multiple temporary road closures

What is happening?

The County of Cornwall (Main Road, Downderry) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Downderry. This prohibition is necessary for desilting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th June 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Main Road, Downderry between property known as Wolsdon and the junction with Deviock Hill.

The County of Cornwall (Harewood Road, Calstock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Calstock. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd June 2025 to 24th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

The County of Cornwall (Trewall Hill, Downderry) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Downderry. This prohibition is necessary for water and electrical connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th June 2025 to 13th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Trewall Hill, Downderry between properties known as Sunset Glaze and Tamarisk House.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Anns Chapel. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th June 2025 to 27th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Latchley Plain To Norris Green, St Anns Chapel between grid references SX40717 71375 and SX40762 71213

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Lanreath. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th June 2025 to 30th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800 weekdays only. Road affected -

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Callington. This prohibition is necessary for pole renewal works and it is e xpected that the closure will be from 10th June 2025 to 11th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Road From Junction West Of lvydale To Bray Shop, Stoke Climsland, Callington between the junction with Access to Winslade and grid reference SX 33133 74546.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Trevigro. This prohibition is necessary for pole renewal works and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th June 2025 to 12th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction North Of Newlandcombe To Frogwell Road, Trevigro between the junctions with Lendra Lane and Frogwell Road.

This prohibition is necessary for multiple wire provision works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th June 2025 to 26th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
