What is happening?

The County of Cornwall (Church Hill, Fowey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fowey. This prohibition is necessary for works to supply new water source and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th June 2025 to 13th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Church Hill, Fowey between properties St Cloud and River House.

The County of Cornwall (Fore Street, The Square, The Parade, Parade Square, Church Lane, North Street, Lostwithiel) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Stopping) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Lostwithiel. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th June 2025 to 21st June 2025. Roads subject to prohibition - Fore Street, The Square, The Parade, Church Lane, North Street for their entire lengths, Parade Square from The Parade to Monmouth Lane, Lostwithiel. N
otice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Lostwithiel. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Fore Street, The Square, The Parade, Church Lane, North Street for their entire lengths, Parade Square from The Parade to Monmouth Lane, Lostwithiel.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

Temporary One-Way Suspension Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one- way order cited as The County of Cornwall (Lostwithiel) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1991 North Street, The Parade for their entire lengths, Church Lane from junction on North Street to junction with Fore Street.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because resurfacing works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 9th June 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 21st June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600 on a daily basis, weekends included.

The County of Cornwall (Lanwithan Road, Lerryn Road, Road From Lerryn Hill To Harris’s Orchard, Road From Junction North Of Lerryn View To Yonder Cottage, Lostwithiel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Lostwithiel. This prohibition is necessary for works to repair carriageway surfacing and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th June 2025 to 11th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Lanwithan Road, Lerryn Road, Road From Lerryn Hill To Harris’s Orchard, Lostwithiel for their entire lengths, Road From Junction North Of Lerryn View To Yonder Cottage, Lerryn from Harris’s Orchard to Lerryn View.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction North Of Casa Mia To Church Town, Linkinhorne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Linkinhorne. This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th June 2025 to 13th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

The County of Cornwall (Harewood Road, Calstock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Calstock. This prohibition is necessary for manhole and chamber works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th June 2025 to 20th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Harewood Road, Calstock between the junction with Eric Road and property known as Hale Park.

This prohibition is necessary for works to resurface the junction area and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th June 2025 to 14th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
Roads affected - Millpool Head between the junctions with King Street and the B3247 and B3247 Between West Street And Hat Lanebetween the junction with the entrance to Wests Meadow Car Park and properties known as Fourlanesend Cottages, Millbrook.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Millbrook. This prohibition is necessary for sewer level equipment works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 to 1700 hours weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Trematon. This prohibition is necessary for fire hydrant repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th June 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th June 2025 for one day. exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Callington. This prohibition is necessary for gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd June 2025 to 26th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
