Loseley Road (D5410) Farncombe
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 21 May 2025 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Loseley Road (D5410) Farncombe as extends from its junction with (D5410) Barnes Road westwards for a distance of 35 metres.

Alternative Route – Loseley Road; Oak Mead; Binscombe Lane; Binscombe; Green Lane; Spring Grove; and Loseley Road or this same route in reverse.

The Order is required to allow new foul water connection works and/or any other associated works to be carried out by, or on behalf of O&D Construction Ltd within the length of road described in this notice.

These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible over two weeks between the hours of 8am and 5pm within the 12-month period of operation of the Temporary Order that commences on 02 June 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.

All vehicular traffic, including residents and the emergency services, will be required to use the signed diversion route.

Walton Lane and Dorney Grove (D3875) Weybridge/Shepperton (Weybridge Running Event)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

On 21 May 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order, pursuant to Sections 16A and 16B of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), the effect of which will be to prohibit all vehicles from entering or proceeding along (1) the entire length of Walton Lane (D3875) (Shepperton to Weybridge), including the Desborough Island arm; and (2) the bell mouth of Dorney Grove (D3875) Weybridge at its junction with Walton Lane, or any parts thereof. Such restriction shall also apply in relation to the riding, leading or driving of horses or any other animals.

The Order will come into effect on 1 June 2025, for a period of one day and is required to facilitate the holding of an event on the highway, namely the Weybridge 10K, 5K, Half Marathon and Kids’ Race running event.

The temporary closure specified above will not apply to such vehicles being used in connection with the said event, or to anything done on the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a traffic marshal, or any sign placed by Surrey Police.

Emergency access will be maintained for the police, fire brigade and ambulance services; and for organisations responsible for dealing with the loss of supplies of gas, electricity, water or electronic communications, to premises in the area; and for the removal of any obstruction to traffic and also for essential carers. No exemption will apply for disabled persons’ vehicles.

The prohibition will only be operative while the relevant traffic signs are displayed.

The Council are satisfied that, in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road to which this Order relates, or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising, vehicular access to premises situated in such lengths of roads specified in this Notice, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted, save for emergency access as indicated above.

It is anticipated that the temporary closure will apply between 8am and 1pm. Access for pedestrians will be unaffected. The Council are also satisfied, in accordance with subsection (3) of Section 16A of the Act, that the event to which the Order relates cannot be held otherwise than on a road.

Alternative routes will be signed.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.4) 2025

On 21 May Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the lengths of roads specified and described in the Schedule to this Notice.

This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate carriageway surfacing and/or fine milling concrete works and/or major maintenance works, which is anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 23 May 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24- hour period.

Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.

Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access for emergency service vehicles to these properties, will be maintained when safe to do so and if necessary via the signed diversion route.

1. that length of A322 Worplesdon Road, Worplesdon/Guildford which extends from its junction with Holly Lane to its junction with Stoughton Road.

Alternative Route – A322 Worplesdon Road, C13 Holly Lane, A323 Aldershot Road, A322 Dennis Roundabout, A323 Aldershot Road and A322 Worplesdon Road;

2. that length of D4017 Manor Way, Guildford and D4017 The Crossways, Guildford which extends between the junction of The Drive and the junction of A3 Guildford – Godalming By-Pass.

Alternative Route 1 – D4017 Wilderness Road and A3 Guildford – Godalming By- Pass (National Highways);

Alternative Route 2 – A3 Guildford Road – Godalming By-Pass (National Highways), B3000 Puttenham Heath Road, Back up A3 Guildford – Godalming By Pass (National Highways), C146 Egerton Road, C146 The Chase, D4019 Elmside, D4017 Queens Eleanors Road and D4017 Wilderness Road;

D5400 Summers Road, Farncombe
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 21 May 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of D5400 Summers Road, Farncombe which extends from its junction with Nursery Road to its junction with St Johns Street.

This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate major maintenance works which is anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 23 May 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 21 May 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of D3912 Campbell Road, Weybridge.

This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate major maintenance works which is anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 23 May 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 21 May 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of D3210 Benen-Stock Road, Stanwell Moor.

This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate major maintenance works which is anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 23 May 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 16 May 2025, Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Haydon Place (D4004) Guildford between its junction with North Street (C93) and its junction with Martyr Road (D4004).

Alternative route – North Street, Chertsey Street and Martyr Road, or North Street, Commercial Road, Leapale Road and Leapale Lane.

The Order is required to allow S J Glynn to facilitate roof inspection and all associated works which is anticipated to be completed within 1 day, between 08:00am and 3:00pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 1 June 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for cyclists and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.

Tuesley Lane (D169) Godalming
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 16 May 2025, Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Tuesley Lane (D169) Godalming between its junction with the southern part of Minster Road (D5432) and its junction with Shackstead Lane (D5404).

Alternative route – Tuesley Lane, Station Lane, A3100 (Portsmouth Road), Shackstead Lane and Tuesley Lane, or Tuesley Lane, Ashstead Lane, Pullman Lane, Shackstead Lane and Tuesley Lane.

The Order is required to allow Openreach to facilitate cabling, desilting and all associated works which is anticipated to be completed within 2 days, between 9:30am and 3:30pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 31 May 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Kings Lane (D3113) Englefield Green
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2025

On 16 May 2025, Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to: (a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Kings Lane (D3113) Englefield Green between the eastern boundary of the property known as “St Agnes Cottage” and the entrance to Egham Rugby Club; and (b) suspend “The Surrey County Council Kings Lane (D3113) Englefield Green Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025” insofar as it relates to the road described in (a).

Alternative Route – Kings Lane, Wick Lane, Bishopsgate Road,

The Green, Barley Mow Road, A328 (St Judes Road) and Bond Street, or this route in reverse.

The Order is required to allow Cadent Gas to carry out gas main works and all associated works which is anticipated to be completed within 2 weeks, between 7:00am and 7:00pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 2 June 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to properties within the closure, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.

Eastworth Road (A317) Chertsey and Pyrcroft Road (A317) Chertsey
Temporary Banned Turns Order 2025

On 16 May 2025, Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from turning right from: (a) Eastworth Road (A317) Chertsey westbound into Guildford Street (D3020); and (b) Pyrcroft Road (A317) Chertsey eastbound into Guildford Street (D3020).

Alternative Route – A317 (Eastworth Road and Pyrcroft Road) to A320 Bell Bridge Roundabout and return, or A317 (Eastworth Road) to the roundabout with Victory Road and return.

The Order is required to allow Affinity Water to carry out sluice valve works and all associated works which is anticipated to be completed within 2 days, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 3 June 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.

Old Lane (C43) Cobham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 16 May 2025, Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Old Lane (C43) Cobham between the property known as “Ockham End” and its junction with Ockham Lane (C38).

Alternative route – Old Lane, Ockham Lane, B2039 (Ockham Road North), A3 to Junction 10 and return to Old Lane, or Old Lane, A3, B2039 (Ockham Road North) and Ockham Lane.

The Order is required to allow Road Traffic Management Ltd to facilitate pole replacement and all associated works which is anticipated to be completed within 2 days, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 2 June 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Church Street (D266) Effingham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 21 May 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Church Street (D266) Effingham as extends from its junction with (D265) Lower Road to its junction with (D266) Chapel Hill; and; (b) Suspend the 7.5 tonne weight restriction for heavy commercial vehicles in The Street (C43) Effingham imposed by “The County Council of Surrey (Various Roads in Effingham) (Weight Restriction) Order 1983” insofar as it affects that length of road specified in this Notice.

Alternative Route: Lower Road, The Street, (A246) Guildford Road, and Browns Lane, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate resurfacing and overlaying works for, or on behalf of Hooke Highways.

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 day, between the hours of 8am and 5pm within 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 02 June 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.

Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via the marshals on site, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.

Leapale Lane (D4004) Guildford
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 21 May 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Leapale Lane (D4004) Guildford as extends from its junction with (C93) Leapale Road to its junction with (D4004) College Road.

Alternative Route: (1) Leapale Road, North Street, Haydon Place; (2) Leapale Lane, Haydon Place, Martyr Road, Chertsey Street, North Street, and Woodbridge Road.

This Order is required to facilitate new electrical connection works for, or on behalf of UKPN.

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 12 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 02 June 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.

Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via road plates, if required, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.

Extension to the Surrey County Council Shere Road (A25) Guildford
Temporary Speed Limit Order 2024

“The Surrey County Council Shere Road (A25) Guildford Temporary Speed Limit Order 2024, which was made under Section 14(1), 14(7) and 15(8)(B) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, on the grounds that works were being or proposed to be executed on, or near, the abovementioned road and came into operation on 28 May 2024 was due to expire on 28 May 2025 and which (a) temporarily prohibit vehicles from driving or proceeding at a speed greater than 40 MPH in that length of Shere Road (A25) Guildford as extends from its junction with (D227) Queen Street to its junction with (A248) Sherbourne has been extended by Surrey County Council until 28 November 2025, and; (b) Suspend “Any Speed Limit Order made or having effect as if made under Sections 82, 83 and/or 84 of the Act” insofar as affects the length of road described in part (a) of this Notice.

This Temporary Speed Limit Order is required to allow a safe working zone in connection with emergency water works for, Road Traffic Solutions on behalf of Thames Water.

 These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible within the additional 6-month period operation of this Temporary Traffic Order which commenced on 28 May 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed; and the temporary speed limit and suspension, which are anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.

The speed limit imposed by this Order shall not apply to vehicles used by special forces in accordance with the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 or in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the road by or on behalf of the Police.

Stoke Road (A320), and Josephs Road (D4005), Guildford
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Left Turn Order (No.2) 2025

On 21 May 2025 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which will be to; (a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of the northbound carriageway of Stoke Road (A320) Guildford as extends from its roundabout with (D4005) Stocton Road and (D4005) Lido Road to its junction with (A25) Ladymead; (b) prohibit vehicles that are travelling eastbound on Josephs Road (D4005) Guildford from turning left into (A320) Stoke Road. Alternative Route: (A320) Stoke Road, (A246) York Road, (A322) Woodbridge Road, and (A25) Ladymead, or this route in reverse.

This Temporary Traffic Order is required to facilitate new customer connection works for, or on behalf of UKPN.

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 7 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, within the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 04 June 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure and prohibition, which are anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. For Part (a): Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access through the closure, and all traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.

No sole access will be affected by this closure; For Part (b): The above restriction shall not apply to vehicles being used in relation to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform; or in accordance with any restrictions or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the road by or on behalf of the Police.

Guildford Road (Service Road) (A320) Chertsey
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 21 May 2025 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1), and 15(8)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from driving or proceeding in that length of Guildford Road (Service Road) (A320) Chertsey as extends from its junction at the roundabout with (A320) Guildford Road and (A320) St Peters Way and for a distance of 100 metres in a southerly direction.

This Order is required to facilitate excavation and installation of HV cabling and joint bay works for, or on behalf of ALS Civil Engineers.

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 21 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, within 11-month period of operation of this Order which commences on 27 May 2025 and continues in force the provisions introduced by “The Surrey County A320 Guildford Road Service Road, Chertsey Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Notice 2025” issued under Section 14(2) of the Act on 07 May 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.

Horsham Road (A281) and Guildford Road (A281) Horsham
Temporary Speed Limit Order 2025

On 21 May 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) 14(7) and 15(8)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from driving or proceeding at a speed greater than 30 MPH in that length of; (a) Horsham Road (A281) Horsham as extends from its junction with the entrance/exit into the property known “BP filling station” to its junction with (A281) Guildford Road; (b) Guildford Road (A281) Horsham as extends from its junction with (A281) Horsham Road to its junction with the access to the property known as “Horton Farm”; (c) Suspend “The Surrey County Council (Various Roads in Alfold in the Borough of Waverley) (40 MPH and 50 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2009”; (d) Suspend “The Surrey County Council (Horsham Road (A281) and Guildford Road (A281) Alford) (40 MPH and 50 MPH) Speed Limit Order 2023” insofar as they affect the length of roads specified in Part (a) and (b) of this Notice.

This Order is required to facilitate a safe working zone in order to lay reinforcement water mains pipe works and/or maintenance works for, or on behalf of Thames Water.

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 5 weeks, between the hours of 8am and 7pm, within the 11-month period of operation of this Temporary Traffic Order which commences on 25 May 2025 and continues in force the provisions introduced by “The Surrey County Council A281 Horsham Road and A281 Guildford Road, Horsham Temporary Speed Limit Reduction 2025” issued under Section 14(2) of the Act on 01 May 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary speed limit which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. The speed limit imposed by this Order shall not apply to vehicles used by special forces in accordance with the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 or in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the road by or on behalf of the Police. Access will be maintained at all times, via road plates.

Prestwick Lane (D154) Chiddingfold
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2025

On 21 May 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Prestwick Lane (D154) Chiddingfold as extends from its junction with (D157) Pook Hill to its junction with the access to the property known as “Prestwick Coach House”. 

Alternative Route: Prestwick Lane, Clammer Hill Road, Holdfast Lane, (B2131) Petworth Road, Killinghurst Lane, West End Lane, and Pook Hill, or this route in reverse.

This Order is required to facilitate excavation/ installation of pressure monitor point to connect mains water works for, or on behalf of Thames Water.

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 03 June 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians, dismounted cyclists, and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times. Due to the nature of the works, there will be no vehicular access through the closure, and all traffic, including emergency services, will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 “the Act”, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of D6831 Raleigh Drive, Claygate that extends from its junction with C158 Hare Lane, to its junction with Chadworth Way.

This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out installation of a new bridge deck and/or associated highway treatments and/or improvements and/or resurfacing and/or maintenance works.

These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 9am and 5pm, in phases within the 18 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 07 June 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.

Access for pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. Access for emergency services and, affected residences and businesses will be maintained via the alternative route:- Raleigh Drive, Loseberry Road and Hare Lane.

Temporary Closure Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from entering or proceeding in the entire length of the footpath from D4010 Merrow Croft to A25 Epsom Road Rights of Way route 73 (T7076), Guildford.

This Temporary Traffic Order is required to enable Network Plus Services Limited/ Thames Water to carry out water mains connection and/or repair and/or maintenance works.

These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 6pm within 5 days of the 6 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 23 June 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary prohibition which is anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.

Access for emergency services will be maintained at all times via means of footplates. Access for pedestrians will be maintained via the footway to Epsom Road, Horseshoe Lane East and Merrow Croft.

Montague Close (D3813) Walton on Thames
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Montague Close (D3813) Walton on Thames as extends from its junction with (D3812) Sidney Road to its junction with (D3813) Montague Close in the vicinity of No. 30 Montague Close.

This Order, which will commence on 16 June 2025 for a period of 12 months is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the said roads, to be carried out by or on behalf of SGN, including but not limited to: mains gas replacement works and/or any other associated works.

Works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
