(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE)
ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U6539 Hazelmere Avenue from its junction with B1331 Netherton Road heading in a northwards direction for a length of 345 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 9th June 2025 until the 9th December 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 9th June 2025 until the 10th June 2025 between the hours of 20:00 until 06:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 9th December 2025.
There will be no alternative route available for the duration of the TTRO.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council to resurface carriageway.
In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
