Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 16 Petworth Gardens, Hillingdon
ii) Outside Nos. 9 & 10 Huxley Close, Uxbridge
3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 18 Columbia Avenue, Eastcote
ii) Outside No. 120 Bedford Avenue, Hayes
iii) Outside No. 72 Bedford Avenue, Hayes
iv) Outside No. 3 Savoy Close, Harefield
4. Revise the operating times of the existing no stopping school keep clear markings on Old Hatch Manor, Ruislip outside Warrender School to operate ‘Monday to Friday 7.30am to 10am and 2.30pm to 6pm’.
5. Install waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Friday 1pm to 2pm’ in the following sections of Charville Lane West, Hillingdon:
i) Northwest side, from a point opposite a point 9.5 metres northeast of the northeastern kerbline of Mayfield Close, to a point 10 metres southwest of the southwestern kerbline of The Dingle.
ii) Southeast side, from a point 10 metres northeast of the northeastern kerbline of Mayfield Close, to a point opposite a point 16.1 metres northeast of the northeastern kerbline of The Dingle.
Copies of the notice of proposals, proposed Orders together with full details, plans and the Council’s statement of reasons for the proposals can be sent upon request or viewed online at https://www.hillingdon.gov.uk/improvement-schemes until 11th June 2025.

Schedule – Proposed ‘At Any Time’ Waiting Restrictions
IVY HOUSE ROAD, ICKENHAM – Convert the existing waiting restrictions opposite the junction with Almond Avenue to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions.
ESKDALE ROAD, UXBRIDGE – At the junction with Arundel Road and Ashley Road.
ASHLEY ROAD, UXBRIDGE – At the junction with Eskdale Road and Arundel Road.
ARUNDEL ROAD, UXBRIDGE – At the junction with Eskdale Road and Ashley Road.
SAVOY AVENUE, HAYES – Both sides of the access road leading to the garage area behind Nos. 42 to 58 Cleave Avenue.
MINET DRIVE, HAYES – Opposite Nos. 87b to 147a Minet Drive and all sides of the turning area at the southeastern end of Minet Drive.
FORE STREET, EASTCOTE – Convert the existing waiting restrictions adjacent to No. 74 Wentworth Drive to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions, terminating at the back of the footway.
BUSHEY CLOSE, ICKENHAM – At the junction with Bushey Road.
BUSHEY ROAD, ICKENHAM – At the junction with Bushey Close.
COLLINS DRIVE, RUISLIP – On the inside of the corner outside No. 43 Collins Drive.
MONTAGUE ROAD, UXBRIDGE – South side, convert existing waiting restrictions between the junction with Park Road and outside No. 76 Montague Road.
PARK ROAD, UXBRIDGE – West side, convert existing waiting restrictions between No. 111 Park Road and the junction with Montague Road.
LEES ROAD, HILLINGDON – Northwest side, from a point 6.8 metres southwest of the common boundary of Nos. 14 and 16 Lees Road, to a point 6.8 metres southwest of the southwestern boundary of No. 28 Lees Road.
