Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025

Bradenham Avenue and Clinton Avenue, Welling

Notice of Intention

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable gas mains replacement works by JDT Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:

• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) for the entire length of Bradenham Avenue, Welling

• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) for the entire length of Clinton Avenue, Welling

• No waiting no loading (Parking Restrictions) as detailed in schedule one of this order

Restrictions to be removed when not required

The Order will come into effect on 29 May 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 weeks

Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via,

• Westwood Lane, Fairwater Avenue, Merlin Road, Birch Grove, Westwood Lane, Hook Lane,

Merlin Road North and reverse

• Merlin Road North, Hook Lane, Westwood Lane and reverse

Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Seaton Road and Plymstock Road, Welling

Notice of Intention

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable gas mains replacement for work by JDT Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:

• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Seaton Road from the junction with Exmouth Road to the junction with Budleigh Crescent, Welling

• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Plymstock Road, Welling from the junction with Okehampton Crescent to the end of the road

• No waiting no loading (Parking Restrictions) as detailed in schedule one of this order

• Banned turning manoeuvres from Budleigh Crescent to Seaton Road, Welling

2. The Order will come into effect on 2 June 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 6 weeks.

3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via,

Diversions for Seaton Road

Budleigh Crescent, Exmouth Road, Seaton Road and reverse

Budleigh Crescent, Sidmouth Road, Exmouth Road Seaton Road and reverse

Diversions for Plymstock Road

Plymstock Road, Budleigh Crescent, Exmouth Road, Okehampton Crescent and reverse

Okehampton Crescent, 4 exit on roundabout, Okehampton Crescent, Exmouth Road, Budleigh Crescent, Plymstock Road

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

High Street, Sidcup

Notice of Making an Order

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable Dig and Connect undertake works in footway and carriageway outside 38 High Street, Sidcup, the effects of which will be the introduction of:

• Prohibition of traffic and conditional closure from 73 to 92 High Street, Sidcup

2. The Order will come into effect on 24 May 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 9 days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:

Station Road, Hatherley Crescent, Faraday Avenue, Rectory Lane.

Station Road, Elm Road, Chislehurst Road, Frognal Corner Roundabout, Chislehurst Road, Elm Road, Station Road. Pick up northbound diversion.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable highway improvement works by a council contractor on behalf of London Borough of Bexley the effects of which will be the introduction of:

• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Bexley Road from outside number 163 to the junction with Park Crescent, Erith

Restriction to be removed when not required

• No waiting no loading (Parking Restrictions) in Bexley Road from outside number 163 to the junction with Park Crescent, Erith

2. The Order will come into effect on 27 May 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 7 days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via,

Bexley Road, Erith Road, Watling Street, London Road, Crayford High Street, Perry Street, North End Road, South Road, Queens Road, Bexley Road and Reverse

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Temporary Prohibition Of Pedestrians Order 2025

Dale Road to West Heath Road Crayford – Footpath 122

Notice of Intention

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned footpath, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable JDT Utilities Limited to undertake repair and maintenance works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be to close Footpath 122 to pedestrian traffic between 41 Dale Road to 43 West Heath Road, Crayford

2. The Order will come into effect on 29 May 2025 and is valid for a period of 6 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, Dale Road, Heath Road and reverse will be available for pedestrians.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, to emergency service personnel or to persons undertaking the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

2. The Order will come into effect on 2 June 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 weeks.

3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via,
