(MERCHISTON BANK AVENUE) (TEMPORARY ROAD
RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2025 – TEMP/25/62
The Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period to facilitate Scottish Water sewer repair works, no person shall, except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on Merchiston Bk Ave, both sides: from Colinton Rd, south-eastwards for 30m. Existing parking restrictions will be suspended on the affected section of road described. The Order shall have effect from 26/05/2025 to 03/06/2025.
