THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (LONG LANE (U6018), BROAD HAVEN) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.

The Order is necessary so that electricity cabling works can be carried out.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along the section of Long Lane (U6018), Broad Haven – from its junction with the C3112 road leading towards Haroldston West, southwest to its junction with the access leading to Belmont North.

It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Wednesday 28th May 2025 for approximately 8 days.

The alternative route for traffic will be via the C3112 road leading towards Portfield Gate, B4341 Portfield Gate to Broad Haven road and Long Lane.

The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months as a contingency should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro wedi gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae’r gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwblhau gwaith gosod ceblau trydan.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro pob traffig cerbydau heblaw am gerbydau esempt rhag mynd ar hyd y rhan honno o’r Feidr Hir (U6018), Aberllydan – o’i chyffordd â’r ffordd y C3112 sy’n arwain tuag at Haroldston West, i’r de-orllewin i’w chyffordd â’r fynedfa sy’n arwain i Belmont North.

Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd priodol, yn dod i rym ddydd Mercher, 28 Mai 2025 am oddeutu wyth diwrnod.

Bydd y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig fydd ar hyd Ffordd y C3112 sy’n arwain tua Gât Portfield, Gât Portfield ffordd B4341 rhwng Portfield Gate ac Aberllydan a’r Feidr Hir.

Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 18 mis fel cynllun wrth gefn pe bai angen ail-drefnu’r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.
