What is happening?

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 –
Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic And Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 20/5/25 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the following lengths of roads in Fazeley, Tamworth:

A4091 Coleshill St, A4091 Tamworth Rd, B5404 Lichfield St, B5404 Atherstone St, New St and Brook End. A temporary prohibition of waiting at any time restriction will be in force where indicated on site on the following lengths of roads in Fazeley, Tamworth: New Street, Brook End, Tolson Avenue and Buxton Avenue. The Order will come into operation on 27/5/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 8/8/25. 

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the highway works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.


Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 –
Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic And
Temporary Suspension Of 7.5 Tonne Weight Limit

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along: 

Haselour Lane, Tamworth and suspension of Weight limit on Gillway Lane, Tamworth. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=142586728.  

The Order will come into operation on 9/6/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 18/6/25. 

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the trial hole works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.


Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 20/5/25 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic and pedestrians from proceeding along:

Middle Entry, Tamworth. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=143140223.   

The Order will come into operation on 27/5/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 11/7/25.

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the re-paving works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the highway have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along: 

Coppice Ln, Clifton Campville. For more information regarding access arrangements and timings please visit https://one.network/?tm=142767120.  

The Order will come into operation on 12/6/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date.

It is anticipated the works will be completed by 13/6/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the telegraph pole works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 6/6/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 13/6/25.

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the new water service connection works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
