C2084 Berry Ln, Upton Warren (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2084 Berry Ln from its junction with U20000 Newhouse Ln to its junction with U20001 Timberhonger Ln.

Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: C2084 Berry Ln (part), C2083 Church Ln, C2082 Dodderhill Rd, B4065 Bromsgrove Rd, A38 Birmingham Rd, A38 Rashwood Interchange, A38 Worcester Rd, B4095 Worcester Rd, B4091 Hanbury Rd, Astwood Lane, B4091 Redditch Rd, C2084 Berry Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 27 May 2025.

U21201 Valley Road, Bournemouth (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U21201 Valley Rd from its junction with C2062 Doctors Hill to its junction with U21201 Bumble Hole Ln.

Reason: Installation by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: U21201 Valley Rd (part), U21203 Cockshutt Ln, U20007 Alfreds Well, U20007 Warbage Ln, U20009 Yarnold Ln, C2062 Doctors Hill and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 27 May 2025.

A4133 Main Road, Ombersley (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of A4133 Main Rd from its junction with Lord Hill Gardens (OS Ref: 854610, 265108) to its junction with Abbey View Rd.

Reason: Drainage Works/ Flood Alleviation by West Point Construction Limited.

Alternative route: Diversion in both directions: A4133 Main Rd (part), A4133 Main Rd, A4133 Drovers Hill Rd, A4133 Main Rd (part). Diversion clockwise: A4133 Main Rd (part), A4133 Drovers Hill Rd, A449 Main Rd (Southbound), A449 Claines Roundabout, A449 Main Rd (Northbound), A4133 Main Rd.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 27 May 2025.

B4090 Worcester Road, Droitwich Spa (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of B4090 Worcester Rd from its junction with U41600 Old Coach Rd to its junction with B4065 Salt Way.

Reason: Utility works by Cadent Gas.

Alternative route: B4090 Worcester Rd, B4090 Salt Way, B4065 St Georges Square, B4065 Bromsgrove Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 24 May 2025.

U42006 Load Lane, Ombersley (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed order: To close that part of U42006 Loadseaf Ln from its junction with U42008 Horsepool Ln to its junction with U42007 Shipyard Side.

Reason: Installation of new water connection.

Alternative route: U42006 Load Ln, Local Road, C2032 Shaw Ln, C2033 Westonhall Rd, B4091 Holt Fleet Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 17 June 2025.

B4184 High Street, Lye (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed order: To close that part of B4184 Lye High St from its junction with U21500 Providence St to its junction with U41001 Spices Ave.

Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: B4184 Lye High St (part), A458 Lye Bypass, B4184 High St (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 27 May 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(District of Wychavon – Droitwich) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area)

(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2025 (Prohibition of Waiting on Tower Hill, Droitwich)

Worcestershire County Council to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length of side of road in Droitwich:

Tower Hill, Droitwich

Both sides: From its junction with Worcester Road for 112 metres in a westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for permitted parking areas and special parking areas in Droitwich) by adding the above prohibition of waiting to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting at this and/or new sites.

County Roads, Shenstone (30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2025

Worcestershire County Council propose to make an Order the effect of which is to impose the speed limit on the following lengths of road in Shenal Green to 30 miles per hour:

• C2156 Hay Lane/Captains Lane: From a point 365 metres west of its junction with U41115 Middle Lane for 600 metres in an easterly direction.

• U41115 Middle Lane: From its junction with C2156 Hay Lane/Captains Lane for 15 metres in a northerly direction.

Exemptions:

For emergency service vehicles and for Special Forces Vehicles.

Reason: Safety of the Lane for its entire length.
