What is happening?

BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL

(BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL (A38 QUEENSWAY ETC BIRMINGHAM) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) (RED ROUTE) ORDER 2014) (1122 VARIATION) ORDER 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 84(1) and (2) 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:

1. To introduce a Loading Only 20 mins No Return 1 hour restriction on a length of GREAT CHARLES STREET QUEENSWAY. Full details of these proposals are in the draft Order which, together with the plan and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by the 12th June 2025.
