The Droveway, Wolverhampton - Temporary Road Traffic Restrictions
What is happening?
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(THE DROVEWAY) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on The Droveway in both directions between its junctions with Leybourne Crescent.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be
undertaken on 3 June 2025 between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30.
The diversion route is: Barnhurst Lane, Wobaston Road and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate repair/replacement of a defective frame/cover by Severn Trent Water.
