(AVENUE ROAD, SHEFFIELD) (PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES)
(MAP SCHEDULE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 22 May 2025 Sheffield City Council made the above Orders which come into operation on 27 May 2025 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce:

Prohibition of Driving except Authorised Vehicles and Permit Holders (School Street) Mondays to Fridays 8.15am - 9.15am and 2.45pm – 3.45pm at Mundella Primary School on whole of Mundella Place
Prohibition of Vehicles on part of Avenue Road

A copy of the Orders may be examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH or within the Sealed Traffic Orders section on the Council website at

https://www.sheffield.gov.uk/home/roads-pavements/traffic-orders



Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Orders or any of their
provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 27 May 2025 make application for that purpose to the High Court.
