NOTICE FOR CERTIFICATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
s25 HIGHWAYS ACT
NORTH NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNCIL
PUBLIC FOOTPATH CREATION – Parish of Brampton Ash - GB9
In accordance with s25 to the above Act notice is hereby given that on 3rd April 2025, North Northamptonshire Council entered into a public footpath creation agreement with the landowner who dedicated a new footpath from Point A at NGR SP 7876 8753 where it meets the A427 (at a stile) and then travels in a south east direction for approximately 103 metres to point B NGR SP 7884 8746 to St Mary’s Church.
The Public footpath will be known as GB9 and the public footpath agreement has now taken effect.
