C139 Fenrother Lane - Temporary Road Closure

C139 FENROTHER LANE FENROTHER
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C139 Fenrother Lane Fenrother for its entire length in the County of Northumberland
The Order is to be effective from the 27th May 2025 until the 27th June 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed between 08:00 hours and 17:00 hours during this period.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being A1, C140, A697 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Sunbelt Rentals Limited for civils excavation to lay a new cable and make connections. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
