Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Castlemain - from the junction with Broomfield Lane to the junction with A303 junction B3170 to junction A358/B3168. A total distance of 2763 metres.
This Order will enable Kiely Bros to carry out prep works, surface dressing and associated works on behalf of Somerset Highways.
The Order becomes effective on 22nd May 2025 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 1st June 2025 and last until 5th June 2025 between the hours of 07:00 - 19:00 for a total of 5 days.
