The County of Cornwall (Road From A30 To Trevescan, Sennen) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Sennen. This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure overlay works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th June 2025 to 5th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From A30 To Trevescan, Sennen for its entire length.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Levan. This prohibition is necessary for pole testing and tree cutting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th June 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - B3315 Between Trebehor And Little Trethewy, Polgigga, St Levan between grid references SW 37439 24217 and SW 37658 23820.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Sennen. This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th June 2025 to 9th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penzance. This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th June 2025 to 18th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Bread Street, Penzance from outside Gibson Studio to the side of number 5.

The County of Cornwall (Bridleway 25 & 26, Crowan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of highway in Leedstown. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works of the lane and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th June 2025 to 6th June 2025.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Public right of way affected - Bridleway 26, Crowan between grid references SW 60339 34670 and SW 60639 34619 and Bridleway 25, Crowan between grid references SW 60338 34670 and SW 60410 34594.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Erth. This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd June 2025 to 6th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Chapel Hill, St Erth between the junction with The Green Lane and property number 10.

This prohibition is necessary for new gas connection works and it is expected that the  closure will be from 2nd June 2025 to 5th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Count House Lane, Carbis Bay between grid reference SW 52232 38673 and the junction with St Ives Road.

This prohibition is necessary for rechargeable fire brigade works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd June 2025 to 6th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Dove Street, St Ives for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th June 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.

Road affected - Higher Boskerris, Carbis Bay from outside of Ashley Apartments to outside of Chy an Mor.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 19th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Penzance. This prohibition is necessary for works to resurface junction and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd June 2025 to 6th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

Roads affected - St Clare Street from No 1 to Taroveor Road, Taroveor Road from junction with St Clare Street to No 1 High Street, Clarence Street from junction with St Claire Street to St Erbyn’s car park. Penzance.
