ORDER 2009 (AMENDMENT No. 30) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35 to 39, 45 to 55, and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to amend The Northamptonshire County Council (South Northamptonshire District) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2009, as specified in the Schedule below.

A COPY of the proposed Order, a plan showing the affected road and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing the changes may be inspected online at: www.westnorthants.gov.uk (search: Traffic Regulation Orders) or by appointment at: Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, NN6 9BX (by calling 01604 529700). MAKING REPRESENTATIONS OR OBJECTIONS any person wishing to object to, support, or comment on the proposed Order must do so in writing to: Traffic Orders Section, Kier Highways, Highways Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, NN6 9BX or by email to

West side: From a point approximately 45 metres south of the planned site access, extending northwards for approximately 50 metres. East side: Junction protection markings at the junction with Old Tiffield Road and extending south past the access to the next two development site entrances.
