(SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO 014) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council have made an Order on Tuesday 20th May 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Order 1984. The effect of the Order, which comes into force on Tuesday 20th May 2025, is to introduce a 40mph speed limit on Horton Road, Horton, from the existing 30mph speed limit south-eastwards for approximately 310 metres.
A copy of the Order, together with supporting documents may be inspected during normal office hours at “Council Access Point (CAP+), Walton Street Offices, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, United Kingdom”. If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from Tuesday 20th May 2025, by applying to the High Court.
