ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14
THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (NORTH DEVON LINK ROAD [A361], TIVERTON) (NO. 3) ORDER 2025 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 2/6/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 10/6/25. Between the hours of 19:00 & 07:00. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: NORTH DEVON LINK ROAD [A361], TIVERTON

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - North Devon Link Road, Lower Town, Turnpike, High Street, Road From Shuteslade Farm To Battens Cross, Road Heading East From Harnoll House, Post Hill, Blundells Road, A396 & Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: DRAINAGE NIGHTWORKS.
