What is happening?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE

THE REDBRIDGE (WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2025

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge on 14 May 2025 made the above-mentioned Order, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to install new permit parking (Woodford A zone), operational from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday, into the car park adjacent to nos. 31 to 39 Croft Lodge Close.

A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 16 May 2025, together with the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, the map schedules and map schedule legend indicating the locations and the effects may be examined at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255 to 259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays).

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court
