Penlee Road - Temporary Prohibition of Driving For New Water Connection Works
What is happening?
PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (PENLEE ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the driving of vehicles in:
- Penlee Road - between Park Place Lane and Molesworth Road
The prohibition of driving will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 16th June 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months.
It is anticipated that the new water connection works will commence on the 16th June 2025 until 20th June 2025 24hrs.
