THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL

(BILSTON ROAD CYCLE LANE) (TEMPORARY

PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991,
prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Bilston Road Cycle Lane from the junction of Bilston Street Island to opposite the junction of Hospital Street. Cyclists to dismount and use the footway.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 28 May 2025 until 30 May 2025.
The Order is required to facilitate a hydrant renew by Severn Trent Water.
