(U12100 Connaught Avenue, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U12100 Connaught Ave from its junction with B4549 Sutton Park Rd for a distance of 70 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: New dropped kerb by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4549 Sutton Park Rd, A451 Stourport Rd, A4535 Sutton Rd, U12101 Woodward Rd, U12100 Connaught Ave (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 21 May 2025.

(C2061 Stakenbridge Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2061 Stakenbridge Ln from its junction with A456 Kidderminster Rd South to its junction with C2126 Crown Ln.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: A456 Kidderminster Rd South, A456 Birmingham Rd, C2126 Churchill Ln, and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days. Commencing: 9 June 2025.

(A451 Minster Road/A451 Stourport Road/U12057 Service Road between A451 Stourport Road & Oldington Lane/U12001 Walter Nash Road West, Stourport on Severn)

(Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of

Closure 1: A451 Minster Road from its junction with U12001 Walter Nash Rd to a distance of 50 metres in a southerly direction.

Closure 2: A451 Stourport Road from its junction with U12001 Walter Nash Rd for a distance of 50 metres in a northerly direction.

Closure 3: U12057 Service Road between A451 Stourport Road and Oldington Lane from its junction with U12054 Oldington Ln for a distance of 25 metres in a northerly direction.

Closure 4: U12001 Walter Nash Road West from its junction with A451 Minster Rd for a distance of 40 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: Diversion 1 – Clockwise: A451 Stourport Rd, A4420 Silverwoods Way, A442 Worcester Rd, A449 Worcester Rd, A4025 Worcester Rd, A451 Mitton St, A451 Vale Rd, A451 Minster Rd (part).

Diversion 2 – Anticlockwise: A451 Minster Rd, A451 Gilgal, A4025 Worcester Rd, A449 Worcester Rd, A442 Worcester Rd, A4420 Silverwoods Way, A451 Stourport Rd (part).

Diversion Closure 3: U12057 Service Rd btw A451 Stourport Rd and Oldington Ln, A451 Stourport Rd and vice versa.

Diversion Closure 4: U12000 Stourport Rd Service Rd, U12001 Walter Nash Rd East and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 nights (20:00–05:00) between 19 May 2025 and 30 May 2025.

(C2132 Rectory Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2132 Rectory Ln from its junction with C2189 Porchbrook Rd to its junction with U10010 Timberdyne Cl.

Reason: Utility work by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2189 Porchbrook Rd, C2189 Quarry Rd, C2189 Boraston Rd, C2193 Gorst Hill, C2193 Pound Ln, A456 Tenbury Rd, C2132 Rectory Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days (24hrs). Commencing: 9 June 2025.

(C2192 Menithwood to Malvern Hills Boundary, Menith Wood) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2192 Menithwood to Malvern Hills Boundary from its junction with U95625 Menithwood for a distance of 90 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Replacement water main by STW.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2192 Menithwood to Malvern Hills Boundary (part), C2192 Penn Hall Ln, C2192 Pensax Common, C2024 Pensax, C2024 Pensax Rd, B4202 Worcester Rd, C2192 Menithwood (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 7 June 2025.

(U13619 Heath Lane, Shenstone) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U13619 Heath Ln from its junction with A450 Worcester Rd for a distance of 190 metres in a north westerly direction.

Reason: New water connection by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: A450 Worcester Rd, C2187 Butts Ln, C2187 Stanklyn Ln, C2081 Stanklyn Ln, U13619 Heath Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 20 May 2025.

(U13614 Podmore Lane, Shenstone) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U13614 Podmore Ln from its junction with U13614 Witch Ln to its junction with C2187 Back Ln.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U13614 Witch Lane, C2187 Back Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 12 June 2025.

(A451 Gilgal/Filter Lane situated on A451 Vale Road, Stourport On Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of Closure 1 – A451 Gilgal from its junction with A451 Vale Rd for a distance of 30 metres in an easterly direction.

Closure 2 – Filter Lane situated on A451 Vale Road for a distance of 30 metres in a northerly direction onto A451 Gilgal.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by J Harper and Sons Ltd.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

No access for emergency services. Must follow diversion route.

Alternative route: A451 Vale Rd, A451 Minster Rd, A451 Stourport Rd, A4420 Silverwoods Way, A4420 Silverwoods Way Roundabout, A4420 Silverwoods Way (Westbound), A451 Stourport Rd (Southbound), A451 Minster Rd (Southbound), A451 Gilgal (part).

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 nights (20:00–06:00). Commencing: 9 June 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
