RESIDENTS PARKING)
AMENDMENT ORDER No.57, JANUARY 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council has MADE the above Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 124 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
Restrictions under the Order
The Order will come into operation on Monday 26 May 2025 and includes the following effects as advertised in the Express and Star newspaper dated 10 January 2025.
Removal/Addition of No Waiting and Loading restrictions
Addition of School Keep Clear restrictions
Removal/addition of on street pay and display and police only bays

GW/2265/5739). If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic
Regulation Act, 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from
16 May 2025, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
