NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE ORDER
SECTION 14 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET COUNCIL
(PUBLIC FOOTPATHS BA27/27 & BA27/28, HYGGE PARK, KEYNSHAM) (NO.4) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025
Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a closure to the section of Public Footpath BA27/28 commencing from a junction with Bath Road at ST66536822 and proceeding in a generally S direction for approx 199m to ST66566804; and to the section of Public Footpath BA27/27 commencing from ST66566796 and proceeding in a generally ESE direction for approx 259m to ST66786783.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the right of way: namely the applicant will be constructing a new access road. The Order will come into force on 1st June 2025 and will be effective for one month.
