What is happening?

WEST NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

(VARIOUS ROADS, NORTHAMPTON)

(WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND ON-STREET PARKING PLACES)

(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018 (AMENDMENT NO. 29) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to make an Order to amend The Northamptonshire County Council (Various Roads, Northampton) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2018, as detailed in the Schedule below.

A COPY of the proposed Order, a plan showing the affected roads, and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing the changes may be inspected online at: www.westnorthants.gov.uk (search: Traffic Regulation Orders) or by appointment at: Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, NN6 9BX (by calling 01604 529700).

MAKING REPRESENTATIONS OR OBJECTIONS any person wishing to object to, support, or comment on the proposed Order must do so in writing to: Traffic Orders Section, Kier Highways, Highways Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, NN6 9BX or by email to

WNCParkingenquiries@kier.co.uk, stating the grounds for their objection or representation, to be received no later than 5th June 2025.
