Temporary Waiting/Loading Order 2025
On 30 April 2025 South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to park, wait or load on Sections of Gateside Street/Johnstone Road and Portland Place, Hamilton. No parking or waiting at all times and no loading between 8am and 9am and 4.30pm and 5.30pm around the junction of the three roads. The Order will be in operation from 6 May 2025 and 3 May 2026 or until a permanent Order is in place if earlier.
