TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984.  It is expected that the Order will come into force on 09/06/2025 and have a maximum duration of  1 week. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water to carry out service apparatus repair & maintenance works in the highway. The proposed diversion routes will be via: Paradise Ln, Church Ln, Main Rd & vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984.  It is expected that the Order will come into force on 09/06/2025 and have a maximum duration of  1 week. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984.  It is expected that the Order will come into force on 09/06/2025 and have a maximum duration of  1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence  when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 20 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Truman Contractors (East Midlands) Ltd to undertake Section 50 utility installation work in the highway. The proposed diversion routes will be via: New St, Church St, South St & vice versa.

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 10 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow WB Civil & Mechanical Ltd & their contractors to undertake high pressure fuel pipe protection works. The proposed diversion route  will be via: Coston Rd, Buckminster Rd, From Buckminster Rd To B676, Sproxton & vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days  from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984.  It is expected that the Order will come into force on 09/06/2025 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 10 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake highway drainage maintenance.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days  from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 09/06/2025 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 10 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cadent Gas to undertake a utility installation for a new development. The proposed diversion routes will be via: Manor Rd, Castle View Rd, A52, Belvoir Rad, Grantham Rd, Easthorpe Rd/Rutland Ln, Bottesford & vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 21/05/2025 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 3 days.  The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow MJ Quinn on behalf of BT to undertake telegraph pole installation in the highway. The proposed diversion route  will be via: Ashby Folville Rd, Station Rd, Kirby Rd, Great Dalby; Great Dalby Rd, Leicester Rd A607, Thorpe Satchville Rd, Kirby Bellars & vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 19/05/2025 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. 

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 days.  The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cadent Gas to undertake footpath surface repair work. The pedestrian diversion route will be signed on site.
