What is happening?

Warwickshire County Council

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

A423 BANBURY ROAD/SOUTHAM ROAD, FARNBOROUGH

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Ducketts Lane to the County Boundary

Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, overnight 20.00hrs-06.00hrs.

Order Commences: 22 May 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 24  May  2025.

Access & Diversion: A423, A422, A361, A45, A425, A423 and vice versa.

Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.

D6683 HILL ROAD, STOURTON & C107 LONG COMPTON ROAD/HARROW HILL, LONG COMPTON

Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as follows: Hill Road – between Whichford Road and Long Compton Road/Harrow Hill. Long Compton Road/Harrow Hill – between Church Lane and Weston Park Road.

Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 0930-1530hrs.

Order Commences: 23 May 2025 for up to 18 months

Anticipated Completion: 23  May  2025

Access & Diversion: Harrow Hill, Hack Lane, A3400, Wood Lane, Little Wolford Road, Church Row, Village Road, Whichford Road, Long Compton Road and vice versa.

Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

BARRATS HILL, WHICHFORD

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: To enable works to rebuild water hydrant chamber.

Order Commences: 2 June 2025 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 4  June  2025.

Access & Diversion: Barrats Hill, Main Street, Church Road, Long Compton Road and vice versa.

Contractor: Chevron Tm Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
