(Newbridge Cross To Stowford Cross, Cobbaton, Bishops Tawton) Order 2025
Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic & Parking
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
From 20/5/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 2/6/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected: NEWBRIDGE CROSS, BISHOPS TAWTON TO STOWFORD CROSS, COBBATON.
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Newbridge Cross - A377 - Umberleigh - B3227 - Homedown Cross - Chittlehampton - Ye Olde Cottage & Vice Versa.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: PATCHING WORKS.

Roads affected: A3072 Road From Weekstone Cross To Killatree Cross, Holsworthy.
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - A3072, A388, A386, A39, A3072, & VICE VERSA.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: RESURFACING OF A SECTION OF SCRIM SITE.
