Scropton Road - Temporary Road Closure For Pole Replacement
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
SCROPTON ROAD, HATTON
WHEN: 21 May 2025 (09:30 to 15:30).
WHERE: Scropton Road, Hatton between its jct. with Heath Way and A511 Station Road.
REASON: To facilitate pole replacement.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Scropton Road, Main Street, Watery Lane, A511: Foston Interchange; Uttoxeter Road; Station Road and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
