A517 ASHBOURNE ROAD, TURNDITCH

WHEN: 19 May and 08 August 2025 (for no more than 10 individual days between dates listed)
WHERE:

involving road closures

and sealing treatment

A517 Ashbourne Road, Turnditch
Off peak hours (09:00-15:00hrs) weekdays, or unrestricted weekends
Overnight working only
Advance warning signs will be placed out prior to each closure.
REASON: To facilitate surface dressing and other associated works, including road studs and markings removal / reinstatement and sealing treatment.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A517, Dog Lane, Gibfield Lane, Millfield Lane, B5035, B5036, B5023, A517 and vice versa.

Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Please allow extra time for your journey.

The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
