ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

(FOOTPATH HALIFAX 542, WARLEY)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by L J Heffernan Utilities Limited have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Footpath Halifax 542 from its junction with Butts Green Lane for a distance of 30 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out works on or near the footpath. The alternative route is via Abbey Lane, Deep Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 19th May 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 6 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 23rd May 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(JAGGER GREEN LANE, HOLYWELL GREEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Rapid Response Telecoms have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Jagger Green Lane from outside Catsteps to The Barn for a distance of approximately 100 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Jagger Green Lane, New Road, Swan Lane, New Hey Road, New Road, Claypit Lane, Green Lane, Stainland Road, South Parade,

Stainland Road, Station Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 19th May 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 21st May 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(LANDS HEAD LANE, NORTHOWRAM)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Lands Head Lane from its junction with Hall Lane to Marsh Hall for a distance of approximately 90 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Hall Lane, Northowram Green, Town Gate, Tetley Lane, Upper Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 19th May 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 23rd May 2025. (WATSON MILL LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

The alternative route is via A58 Bridge Street, Bank Road, Boggart Lane, Sowerby Croft Lane, Harper Royd Lane, Goose Nest Lane and vice versa. (PEXWOOD ROAD, TODMORDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Chevron Traffic Management have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Pexwood Road from its junction with Bacup Road to Stones Road for a distance of approximately 375 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available.It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 21st May 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 22nd May 2025. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Sowerby Lane from No. 18 to No. 21 for a distance of approximately 25 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 21st May 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 21st May 2025. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Centurion Traffic Management have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Station Approach from its junction with Ridge Road to No. 23 for a distance of approximately 65 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Ridge Road, Burnley Road, Rochdale Road, Rise Lane, and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 21st May 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 22nd May 2025. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Boggart Lane from its junction with Sowerby Croft Lane to Bank Road for a distance of approximately 211 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Sowerby Croft Lane, Scar Head Road, Bank Road. Resident access to be maintained. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 2nd June 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 3rd June 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(GEORGE STREET/SILVER STREET, HALIFAX)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Roadway UK (TM) Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of George Street for 16 metres/Silver Street for 47 metres from junction with Cow Green for a total distance of approximately 63 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. For alternative route follow diversion on site.It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 2nd June 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 30th June 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 20:00 & 05:00.

(MOUNT PELLON, HALIFAX)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Mount Pellon from its junction with Brackenbed Lane for a distance of approximately 40 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Mount Pellon Road, Spring Hall Lane, Pellon New Road, Sandbeds Road, Doctor Hill. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 2nd June 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 3rd June 2025. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Sowerby Croft Lane from its junction with Boggart Lane to Spark House Lane for a distance of approximately 254 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Spark House Lane, Boggart Lane, Holmes Road and vice versa. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by S9 Communications Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of St Stephens Street from its junction with Copley Lane to No. 70 for a distance of approximately 65 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Copley Lane, Mill Street and vice versa. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Sunbelt Rentals Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Glen View Road from its junction with Savile Road to No. 4 for a distance of approximately 150 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Rawtonstall Bank, Badger Lane, Old Shaw Lane, New Shaw Lane, Smith Lane, Edge Hey Road, Smithwell Lane, Heptonstall Road, Bank Foot and vice versa. (IVY STREET SOUTH, HALIFAX)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Ivy Street South from No. 22 to No. 25 for a distance of approximately 3 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Upper Lane from No. 41A to No. 43 for a distance of approximately 43 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Towngate, Northowram Green, Lands Head Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 4th June 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 4th June 2025. (BARSEY GREEN LANE, BARKISLAND)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by OCU Utility Services Limited intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Barsey Green Lane from its junction with Greetland Road to Saddleworth Road for a distance of approximately 700 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Norman Grove from No. 121 to No. 123 for a distance of approximately 10 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Andrew Moseley Associates intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Footpath Elland 023 from its junction with Whitwell Green Lane to Whitwell Drive for a distance of 137 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out works on or near the footpath. For alternative route follow diversion on site. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Ovenden Road, Nursery Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 8th June 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 8th June 2025.
