(FOOTPATH HALIFAX 542, WARLEY)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by L J Heffernan Utilities Limited have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Footpath Halifax 542 from its junction with Butts Green Lane for a distance of 30 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out works on or near the footpath. The alternative route is via Abbey Lane, Deep Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 19th May 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 6 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 23rd May 2025. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Rapid Response Telecoms have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Jagger Green Lane from outside Catsteps to The Barn for a distance of approximately 100 metres. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Lands Head Lane from its junction with Hall Lane to Marsh Hall for a distance of approximately 90 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point.
