NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC propose to make a permanent Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce lengths of prohibition of waiting at all times (double yellow lines) on sections of both sides of Findon Road, east of the junction with Warren Drive and on the east side of Warren Drive, north and south of the junction with Findon Road. 

Full details of the proposals in this Notice can be viewed on our website www.westsussex.gov.uk/tro. The website includes a response form for comments or objections.

Paper copies of documents will not be available to view in council offices or libraries. People without access to a computer who wish to view details of the scheme should telephone the WSCC Contact Centre on 01243 642105 to receive the documents by post. Any objections or comments about the proposal must be received by 5 June 2025. These may be sent via the response form on the website, in writing to: TRO Team, WSCC, The Grange, Tower Street, Chichester, PO19 1RH; or by e-mail to:  tro.consultation@westsussex.gov.uk. All correspondence should be addressed to the undersigned, quoting reference  no. TRO/CRW2501/RC. Only correspondence including a full name and address will be considered.
