What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

THE COUNTY OF DEVON

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)

(ROAD FROM BEAR LANE TO EAST BUDLEIGH ROAD, BUDLEIGH SALTERTON) ORDER 2025

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC & PARKING

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

From 19/5/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 5/6/25.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: B3178 Bear Lane to East Budleigh Road, Budleigh Salterton.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - B3178, Upper Stoneborough Lane - Station Road, B3178, & Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Section 278 Works.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order.

From 2/6/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 20/6/25.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: Service Road for 100 to 190 Salterton Road, Exmouth.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Service Road for 100 to 190 Salterton Road - Service Road for 100 to 190 Salterton Road, Capel Lane, Salterton Road, Magnolia Avenue, Service Road for 100 to 190 Salterton Road. Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: RC Required For Gas Mains Replacement Works.
