Various Streets in Smethwick & Tipton - Restrictions on Waiting & Loading

SANDWELL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL

The council proposes to make the following orders: -

(Sandwell Borough, Consolidation of Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Traffic Regulation Order No.14) (Amendment Order 6) 2025 which will have the effect of amending ‘The Borough Council of Sandwell (Sandwell Borough, Consolidation of Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Traffic Regulation Order No.14) 2019 (“the 2019 Order”) as follows: a) Introduction of ‘No Loading At Any Time’ parking restrictions in part(s) of Marlborough Road, Talbot Road, Linden Road, Beaks Road, & Bearwood Road, Smethwick. b) Introduction of ‘Limited Waiting During Prescribed Hours’ in part(s) of Bearwood Road, Smethwick.

(Sandwell Borough, Consolidation of Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Traffic Regulation Order No.14) (Amendment Order 7) 2025 which will have the effect of amending ‘The Borough Council of Sandwell (Sandwell Borough, Consolidation of Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Traffic Regulation Order No.14) 2019 (“the 2019 Order”) as follows: a) To introduce ‘No waiting At Any Time’ parking restrictions in part(s) of New Street, Smethwick. b) To introduce ‘No loading At Any Time’ parking restrictions in part(s) of New Street, Smethwick.

(Sandwell Borough, Consolidation of Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Traffic Regulation Order No.14) (Amendment Order 8) 2025 which will have the effect of amending ‘The Borough Council of Sandwell (Sandwell Borough, Consolidation of Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Traffic Regulation Order No.14) 2019 (“the 2019 Order”) as follows: a) To implement ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ parking restrictions in part(s) of Toll End Road, Tipton.
