Tower Bridge, Tower Bridge Road, London SE1 2UP PA/25/00740 Renewal of the safety route to resting block involves updating the previously modernised ladders, handrails and timber floorboards in the resting block. This will also include the installation of internal access handrail to enhance safety and accessibility.
Sceptre Court, 40 Tower Hill, London, EC3N 4DX PA/25/00942 Renewal of condition 1 (Temporary permission for 15 years) of application Ref:PA/13/02692, dated 22/08/14 for Change of use of Sceptre Court from B1 Offices (B1) to Dual Use Higher Education use (Class D1) and office use (Class B1) Planning Permission Ref:PA/13/02692, dated 22/08/14. The application seeks to extend the approved temporary Change of Use to be made permanent.

66 Camborne Street, London, E2 6PX PA/25/00732 Replacement of UPVC windows with double-glazed timber sashes to front and rear elevations. Deconstruction of ground floor rear bathroom/WC and replacement with new floorspace matching the existing bathroom footprint.
71 Antill Road, London, E3 5BT PA/25/00680 Proposed basement conversion, ground floor infill side and rear extensions with rooflights and mansard roof extension with dormer windows.
