(BACK LANE, GRANGE MOOR, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Back Lane, Grange Moor from its junction with Wellfield Avenue to a point approximately outside property no.51 Back Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Back Lane, Fixby Lane, Briestfield Road, Wellfield Avenue and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Friday 30 May 2025 07:30 and remain in force until 2 June 2025 17:30 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(BANKS DRIVE, GOLCAR, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Banks Drive, Golcar from junction of Banks Drive to side of 63 Banks Crescent PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Banks Drive, Banks Side, Banks Road and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 26 May 2025 and remain in force until 30 May 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(BRIDGE STREET/ SCHOOL LANE, NEWSOME, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Bridge Street/School Lane, Newsome, from a point approximately outside property no.43 School Lane to its junction with Wain Park PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Waingate, Woodhead Road, Bridge Street, Meltham Road, Lockwood Road, Colne Road, Queen Street South, Firth Street, (clockwise only) Kings Bridge Road, Newsome Road, Newsome Road South, Bridge Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 27 May 2025 and remain in force until 29 May 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(POLE GATE/MOOR SIDE LANE/ CRIMEA LANE, SLAITHWAITE, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Pole Gate/Moor Side Lane/Crimea Lane, Slaithwaite at a point approximately outside property no.2 Barrett Clough Head on Moor Side Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Pole Gate, New Hey Road, Quebec Road, Waller Clough Road, Crimble Clough Road, Radcliffe Road, Crimble Bank, Hill Top Road, Royd Street, Longlands Road, Heys Lane, Tiding Field Lane, Moor Side Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 27 May 2025 and remain in force until 16 June 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(BUNKERS HILL, HOLMFIRTH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Bunkers Hill, Holmfirth at a point approximately outside property no.12 Rattle Row PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
No diversion possible.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 26 May 2025 and remain in force until 6 June 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(ROTCHER LANE, SLAITHWAITE, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 4) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Rotcher Lane, Slaithwaite from its junction with Blackstone Road to a point approximately near property no. 11 Rotcher Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 27 May 2025 and remain in force until 29 May 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(BRADFORD ROAD, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Bradford Road, Huddersfield from its junction with Castlegate for approximately 70 metres along Bradford Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Bradford Road, Willow Lane, St John’s Road, Castlegate - anti clockwise only.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Sunday 11 May 2025 and remain in force for approximately one day (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(SAVILLE ROAD, SKELMANTHORPE, HUDDERSFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Saville Road, Skelmanthorpe at a point opposite plot number 20 Saville Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Saville Road, Station Road, Gib Lane, Elm Street, Saville Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 12 May 2025 and remain in force until 14 May 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the lengths of road Holmfirth on a rolling programming as follows:
Woodhead Road, Holme, Holmfirth - from house number 248 to house number 400
Speed Limit Change Cross Gate Road, Hade Edge, Holmfirth - Cross Lane to Dunford Road
Moor Lane, Netherthong, Holmfirth - Wolfstones Road to Holmdale Crescent
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Long Lane, Flockton, from its junction with Windmill Hill Lane for approximately 100 metres West along Long Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Long Lane, Lenacre Lane, Westfield Lane, Windmill Hill Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday 14 May 2025 and remain in force for approximately one day (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(LEEDS ROAD, (CYCLE LANE) HUDDERSFIELD )
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of the cycle lane on Leeds Road, Huddersfield from a point approximately outside RRG Toyota to its junction with Peace Pit Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
No diversion required, pedestrian walkway will be provided.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Friday 16 May 2025 and remain in force until 19 May 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(LANE SIDE LANE, KIRKHEATON, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Lane Side Lane, Kirkheaton from a point approximately outside the Paddock to its junction with Long Tongue Scrog Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
