Reason: Block installation by Severn Trent Water.

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 – C1313 Suckley Road from its junction with C1313 Suckley for a distance of 753 metres in a north westerly direction into the county boundary with Herefordshire.

Closure 2 – C1313 Suckley from its junction with C1313 Suckley Road to its junction with C2070 Suckley.

Closure 3 – C2070 Suckley from its junction with C1313 Suckley to its junction with C2064 Manley Hills boundary into Legrace.

Reason: Gas pipework by WCC.

(Temporary Suspension) Order 2025

Order made: Suspend the one-way restriction of U53111 Angel St from its junction with U51009 Lichfield Ave to its junction with U53109 Angel Pl and to temporarily reverse the one-way restriction of U53109 Angel Pl from its junction with U53111 Angel St to its junction with U53108 Angel Walk.

Reason: Facilitate businesses with access for delivery and egress/egress for residents and businesses for the duration of street works.

Proposed Order: To close that part of A422 Worcester Rd from its junction with U44306 Dormston Ln to its junction with C2264 Appletree Ln.

Reason: Surface dressing by WCC.

Reason: Dropped kerb for new vehicle crossing by WCC.

U51162 Wainwright Road Roundabout, Worcester (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U51162 Wainwright Rd Roundabout from its junction with U51162 Wainwright Rd to its junction with U51164 Enigma Rd.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: Diversion 1 – U51162 Wainwright Rd (part), B4639 Berkeley Way, B4639 Oswalds Way, U51162 Enigma Dr, U51162 Wainwright Rd (part) and vice versa.

U51013 Lansdowne Crescent/U51012 Lansdowne Crescent Lane, Worcester (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 – U51013 Lansdowne Crescent from its junction with C2294 Lansdowne Road to its junction with U51012 Lansdowne Crescent Ln. Closure 2 – U51012 Lansdowne Crescent Ln from its junction with U51013 Lansdowne Crescent to its junction with U51013 Lansdowne Crescent.

Reason: New water main installation by D and I Gaines.

Note: Works will take place in two 6 day phases, with footways into the highway to be closed in Phase 2. The road will be closed 24 hours during both phases to avoid parked vehicles.

Alternative route: C2294 Lansdowne Road, B4550 Rainbow Hill, U51013 Lansdowne Crescent and vice versa. Diversion 2 – U51013 Lansdowne Crescent and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days (24hrs). Commencing: 2 June 2025.

(Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2025

Prohibition of Waiting on Road Grange Lane Road, Rushwick

Worcestershire County Council proposes an order with the effect of prohibiting waiting at any time on the following sides and lengths of roads in Rushwick:

• Grange Lane Road (South side) – from its junction with Bransford Road for a distance of 34m in an easterly direction and 20m in an easterly direction,

• Grange Lane (West side) – from its junction with Bransford Road for a distance of 15m in a southerly direction.

• Grange Lane (East side) – from its junction with Bransford Road for a distance of 17.5m in a southerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of various waiting restrictions and street parking places in Malvern Hills District) to prohibit parking (except for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles).

Prohibition of Waiting on A38 Main Road, Kempsey

On 24 April 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order giving permanent effect to an Experimental Order made 15 August 2024 which imposed the following waiting restrictions:

• A38 Main Road, Kempsey (East Side) – from its junction with U60046 for a distance of 34m in a southerly direction.

• A38 Main Road, Kempsey (West Side) – from its junction with U60046 for a distance of 30m in a southerly direction.

This Order will come into operation 15 May 2025.

City of Worcester (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2025

Revocation of No Waiting at Any Time on A38 Bath Road, Worcester

On 24 April 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order giving permanent effect to an Experimental Order made on 22 August 2024 which removed the no waiting at any time on the following side and length of roads in Worcester:

• A38 Bath Road (West Side) – from its junction with Benshall Avenue for a distance of 38m in northerly direction.

This Order will come into operation 15 May 2025.

Various Roads, Abberley (30 Mph and 40 Mph Speed Limit) (Revocation and Proposal) Order 2025

The County Council in order to consider making an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for the following lengths of roads in Abberley to be 30 and 40 miles per hour:

• A443 – From a point 375 metres west of its junction with C2230 (The Common) in an easterly direction to the south easterly direction to a point approximately 210 metres north of its junction with A443.

• A443 – From a point 90 metres north of its junction with C2071 in a southerly direction for 171.5 metres.

• C2230 – From a point 190 metres southeast of its junction with C2230 (The Common) in a generally south easterly direction to a point 185 metres north of its junction with B4202.

Note: Except for Police and Special Forces Vehicles.
