ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –
SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED)
The North York Moors National Park Authority has made an Order, not less than 7 days from the date of this notice, the effect of which is to make the following closure in the in the parish of Egton in the county of North Yorkshire:
Public Bridleway 55 Egton: (A-B)
No horse-rider, cyclist or pedestrian shall proceed along this bridleway commencing at Grid Reference NZ 8373 0855 (Point A – junction with the A171 Guisborough to Whitby road) and proceeding in a generally southerly and then south-westerly direction for 1483 metres across Egton Low Moor to Grid Reference NZ 8281 0741 (Point B – junction with the U2307 Egton to Aislaby road). A total distance of 1483 metres.
The Order is necessary to allow for surface repairs on sections of the bridleway.All enquiries to Beth Ghest (Area Ranger – East) on (01439) 772700.
