Endymion Road, Amendment To Controlled Parking Zone Restrictions On Event Days

What is happening?

FINSBURY PARK CPZ EVENT DAY AMENDMENT

The Haringey (Charged for Parking Places) (Amendment No. ) Order 202-T50

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the Order is: To adopt the current Emirates stadium event day restrictions (Monday to Saturday, 8.30am – 8.30pm, Sunday and Public Holidays 12 noon to 4.30pm) to take place when events are being held in Finsbury Park to each of the three Finsbury Park Controlled Parking Zones (FPP, FPB & FPC CPZ’s). These parking controls will apply when there is a major event within the bounds of Finsbury Park, Endymion Road N4 with an expected attendance of 10,000 persons or more.

A copy of the proposed Orders, a copy of this notice and a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the proposed Orders can be viewed online https://www.haringey.gov.uk/streets-roads-travel/road-maintenance-improvements/traffic-management-orders-tmos/give-feedback-proposed-tmos. Alternatively, an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect these documents during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the documents will be available until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.

Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order or make other representation should send grounds for their objection to traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk or alternatively write to the Traffic Management Group, Alexandra House, 4th floor, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR quoting reference 2024-T50, by 28th May 2025.
